We only ask for what we need to quote your job, do the work, and stay in touch afterward — and we never sell or share it.

What we collect
Only what you give us yourself — through a form on this site, or when you call, text or email us. We don't buy contact lists or build profiles.
- Estimate requests — your name, phone number, email (optional), the service you're interested in and any details you describe.
- Job applications — your name and phone number, your painting experience, availability and expected pay range.
Why we collect it
To get back to you about your estimate, to schedule, carry out and warranty the work, to review your application, and to keep our own records.
We also keep a customer list for our own marketing. A couple of times a year we may email you about our services or a seasonal offer. That's the only marketing you'll get from us, and it never comes from anyone else. Every message has an unsubscribe link, and you can tell us to stop any time by emailing info@lasmanpainting.com.
No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising pixels or third-party tracking scripts of any kind. Nothing about your visit is recorded unless you fill in a form and press submit.
Who sees it, and for how long
Your information stays with the owner and the few people who need it to do your job, and our records are kept in Canada. We never sell, rent or trade personal information, and we disclose it only where the law requires.
We keep estimate requests and customer records while we're working together and afterward, so we can honour our warranty and stay in touch about future work. Job applications are kept for up to a year in case a role opens up. Ask us any time and we'll delete yours.
Your rights
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent. Email info@lasmanpainting.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with how we handled it, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
